After getting word on my Twitter feed that WordPress 2.5 was released earlier today, I quickly updated this site. I’m not sure if you will see any real changes, but Nadia will be surprised when she sees how different (and better) the administrative area is.

I’ve been using Live Writer since Captain Betty suggested it to me back in July. I really like this little app, but the lack of tag support bugged me. WordPress introduced the feature in version 2.3, and I went so far as to edit every one of this blog’s posts to use tags (before I knew that a plugin existed to facilitate it).

I happened across a plugin to add support for tags. To be more accurate, it is an XML file that you upload to the root of your site so that the keywords you enter in Live Writer are turned into tags when your post is updated.

If you use WordPress 2.3’s built-in tagging and the latest version of Live Writer, maybe you should try it out.

I really can’t apologize enough for doing such a poor job of keeping up with this site. I really don’t know what happened, I just totally flaked over the passed few months.

I have finally upgraded to version 2.3.1 of Wordpress and grabbed a new theme from Wordpress Themes.

I am certain you will come across a few bugs here and there. Please drop a message in the guestbook if you see any problems.
