Hey they shouldn't even be compared to chimps, at least you know if it was delivered by chimps it would be delivered covered in their feces (pro-L.A.B.I.A)!!! But there is no excuse for the condition of how the package came in, because it is obvious that is not the condition in how you purchase it!! That letter still does not cover up the fact that it was damaged while in their posession. Maybe a letter to the post office sent in the damage package may do the trick, but it definitely makes you wonder if the persons reasonsible for mail distribution is of a lower specie.

Will:

You're not the only one to be p***ed at the USPS. Amazon sent out a DVD of an old movie my mom loved. When we got it, looked like the mail truck ran over it, backed up, then did a vehicular Irish jig on it. The package was torn to shreds, taped back up, and it looked like a $1 coupon for Planters Peanuts was stuck on the back of it. A chunk was missing out of the shipping paper that was inside. The case was cracked, and the DVD itself was gouged badly. And for gods knows why, there was a cassette tape in there that apparently sounded like the Chipmunks, but not to music.

Thankfully, Amazon has a good customer service. Called them about the damage on Saturday, Monday after work I came back to find a good, undamaged copy was delivered. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. Mom now knew what she was getting for a Christmas I was hard-pressed to find something to surprise her with, thanks to the postal service's crappy service.

As for the USPS? They F***ed us over again; we had to PAY to return the casing they messed up in the first place. And there was no letter of apology, or anything. I'm surprised that Going Postal means a letter carrier doing damage, not one of their screwed-over customers.
