First off you never leave your car outside, you drive right into a factory type setting. Your mechanic (not a rep) comes to open your door and ask you what you’re here for. Takes the order and your car off to being prep for service. They prep it for service, never got that, like its being prep for surgergy. But despite all the loving customer service the hook was the waiting room. Yes the waiting room. There was 2 50inch TV’s with a ticker of your name and time remaining for your car. Food, drinks, and snacks on the house. 4 desktop computers with indiviuals booths for privacy to be use free of charge. And enough space to hold a dance hall break down.

Yes, after leaving that place, Jo and I didn’t have a reason to go anywhere else for service on the Lex. The Infiniti is another story. But yea, do you homework before you leave the car you care about in the hands of jerks. Take your time because it will be worth it.

We must have sat in it for 20 minutes at the NY Car Show. I signed up for literature on it from GM. We plan to take a test drive in the near future.
