On Vacation

In case you were curious, Nad and I have been on vacation since Saturday the 23rd. We didn’t leave the state this year, for the first time since we moved in together. Christmas at home was a very nice change of pace; not that going to New York or Florida for the holiday is a bad thing, but being in my home is a nice feeling.
We’ll be back in a bit to talk a bit about the break, how Christmas went, and all that good stuff.

Jo and I had the Holiday split, it happens every time. Christmas, Thanksgiving, our Birthdays, Easter, any special Occay. We must see both mommies and daddies, both families. 20 miles from us and then 10miles between the two of them. By time we’re done, we spent 60 miles on the road and the entire days lost.
That’s a great idea staying in, Together. I think we’re gonna do that for New Years!
I am surprised to hear that you two stayed in MD. I was sure you two would be NY bound. Me and my better half are spending the holidays in London. This is my time to visit the “in-laws”. If I had my choice, I would be at my family’s gathering. Keep in mind, this is my first time EVER being away for the holidays. I feel almost like a homesick child lol. I am waiting to get the sniffles and start whining for my blanket :p
Anywho, you all enjoy the rest of the holidays. God bless and may we all have many more holidays together… Of course in the internet age that we live in, together can be via a blog line too lol. Peace love and hair grease!
