Nad and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary earlier this week by not doing a damn thing. We both took the day off and were homebodies all day. The only time the sun touched our skin was to pick up X2 (which we both had an itch to watch) at the mall. Nad ordered a set of PC speakers for me, which arrived yesterday. I bought her Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer, as well as agree to buy a few crafting supplies for her.

As soon as I get a hold of the image, I will post a photo of the lovely flowers sent to us by Nad’s mother and sister.

I no longer have a team.

I had a team of extremely talented people at my job for the better part of a year. A recent reorg has broken us up, scattering us across the company. I enjoyed working with them immensely, as well as being in a position of leadership. It was different, challenging, and (dare I say it) fun. A new opportunity has opened up for my three teammates and I, and I’m sure that everything will turn out well.

I saw a picture/word game thing on the IGN boards, and I thought one post was very funny. See if you can figure out what phrase I’m saying with the pictures below:

No updates for February - definitely a bad thing, since both Nad and her brother DANGEROU5 celebrated their birthdays. Nad received a few nice gifts, as well as went on a shopping spree for various crafting supplies. We had dinner at P.F. Chang’s. They take their reservations quite seriously - we said we’d be there at 4:30PM. We arrived earlier than that, and we were made to wait, despite the fact that the table was empty and ready to us to sit.
