Sara Is Famous

I had a picture of Sara up on this site for the months following my birthday. My old roommate Rattrap took the picture years ago in college and sent it to me in an e-mail back in September.

A couple of days ago, EvilDasNad sent me a link to an EQ guild website where somone had grabbed that image and “Photoshopped” it for a little contest. This inspired me to do a quick Google search for that pic. Well, it seems that the pic is real popular. Here’s a couple of sites I found that have grabbed that pic from this site and used it on their own (without credits, I might add):

Intoxichate.net, which was linked from this site.

Binary Inc.org

Barf Barf Marina!

Garrett’s Blog

Funky Junk (doesn’t seem to be working properly)

FOH EQ Guild (you can find the altered image toward the middle of this thread)

I stopped looking after this. I am not sure if I should be mad or not. I’m happy that all these people aren’t linking back to this site and eating up my bandwidth, but I wish I had put a URL on the image before everyone took it.

Don’t believe she’s my cat? Go to the About WaN page and see other photos of her.

Congrats to Rattrap for starting a new internet saying! It’ll go down in history with All your base are belong to us!

  • The Viper Gets Older

Nadia turned 27 today. She was hell-bent on roller skating for her big day, and she searched the area until she found a suitable one. She found Skateland, which is a nice little place. It was packed - it seems that everyone in the state planned on roller skating at the same time.

I’ll get the pics she took into the gallery soon.

Edit: I have closed comments on this post. For whatever reason, it is a target for spam.

    Happy V-Day

I hope you enjoyed your Valentine’s Day. Nad and I spent part of the day relaxing, and the other part running errands. Nad had an alarm system, complete with remote starter, installed in her car. It took Circuit City almost 12 hours to get it installed. It seems to be running well so far.
